Sousveillance

Sousveillance refers to the recording of an activity by the participant in the activity (typically with small portable personal technologies). This point of view is first developed by Steve Mann. It is the inverse Panopticon: the citizens are not only watched, they are also watching the state. This phenomenon increased naturally as we used more and more personal recording technologies with a constantly improved high quality.
