CC-Mix: Marko Fürstenberg Herbstnachtmix

Ich war am Samstag im Spektral zum Re-Opening nach der Sommerpause eingeladen, um dort am Abend zwei, drei Stunden lang für freie Musik zu sorgen. Neben einem eher bunteren Teil, ist auch dieser einstündige Mix, mit älteren Sachen von Marko Fürstenberg entstanden. Ausschliesslich mit Sachen die damals noch unter CC-Lizenz auf unterschiedlichen Netlabels released wurde. Von den Netlabels gibt es heute in der Form nicht mehr viele, die Musik ist aber im Netz geblieben – nicht zuletzt dank Initiativen wie scene.org oder archive.org, die da einige Sachen für uns konsvieren.

Wie auch immer, Fürstenberg-Sounds aus der Blütezeit der Netlabels. Inklusive Filmzitatsample aus einem der besten deutschen Filme überhaupt – von mir, für euch.

Weil ich die Sachen von Apparat immer wieder gerne höre. Sowohl die älteren, frickeligeren Sachen von früher, als auch das aktuelle, eher Live-Band-orientierte, Zeug. Weil ich es mag, wenn sich Musiker sowohl im Studio, hinter ihren Rechnern verschanzen können, als auch ihre Musik live mit “richtigen” Instrumenten darzubieten wissen. Weil ich es mag, dass er auch Hammer-Sets raushauen kann, die mit seinen eigenen Produktionen nichts zu tun haben.
Und weil der aktuelle Resident Advisor Podcast von Appart, heute bei mir im Dauerloop gelaufen ist und die nächsten Tage sicher auch noch weiterlaufen wird!
